If any of these components are unavailable, the App’s core features may not function correctly or at all.

• Deviation alerts if your route strays significantly (as defined by your threshold settings)

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in location data, missed notifications, or functionality issues due to lack of connectivity or signal.
• We are not liable for any detours caused by road closures, construction works, or other changes to planned routes, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• You use the App at your own risk, and we disclaim any and all liability arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on location tracking, alert notifications, or system availability.
