This Privacy Policy describes how KLM Dev (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the myconvoy mobile application (the “App,” also referred to as iConvoy in some materials). By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Depending on how you use the App and which features you enable, we may collect:
- Account and profile data: such as email address, display name or username, profile details, and vehicle-related information you choose to provide (for example, make, model, or registration details).
- Authentication data: when you sign in with Apple, email and password, or other supported methods, our authentication providers process credentials according to their own terms; we receive identifiers needed to maintain your session.
- Location and navigation: if you grant permission, precise or approximate location may be used to support trip planning, maps, convoy features, and related in-app experiences. You can change location permissions in iOS Settings.
- Content you create: including messages, trip or event information, images you upload, and other submissions you make through the App.
- Device and technical data: such as device type, operating system version, app version, diagnostic logs, and identifiers used for push notifications or crash reporting where enabled.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the App and its features;
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse;
- Send service-related communications (including push notifications if you opt in);
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Third-party services
The App relies on infrastructure and services that may process data on our behalf, including Google Firebase (for example, authentication, cloud database, storage, and messaging). These providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review Google’s documentation for Firebase and related products. Apple’s services (such as Sign in with Apple) are governed by Apple’s policies when you use those features.
4. Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account or certain data subject to legal and operational requirements; contact us using the email below.
5. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
7. International users
Your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate, including the United States and other regions. Those jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
8. Your choices and rights
